Anyone use the New TT platform ?

The web based version of trading technologies.
I experience problems in a real environment,
Everything on the chart just don't refresh,
And the VAP on the DOM doesn't load ...

I had the same problems in Delayed and Sim.
Thought it would be fixed in a live environment.

However I run it under Arch Linux,
So the problem may be a local one.

Wanted to know if I am alone to have troubles.

I am thinking to install a Virtual Manager,
And run X_trader, the desktop version.
Would it be sable enough on a VM ?

Ps: On my iPhone the VAP loaded,
But chart and indicators freeze too.
Same on a windows laptop.

Hello, my name is Joseph Koehnen, the guy responsible for Charting and Analytics at TT. Sorry you are having problems with the new platform. We have several efforts in the works that will resolve these issues very soon. In the meantime, TT has decided to place Charts in BETA until we can stabilize the market data used for charting and analytics. I would also like to add that the new platform will run on most browsers but is currently optimized for Chrome.

I used the Support link and you guys have been very quick to reply.
Really nice support from your team.

However I decided to switch back to X_trader.
For these and other personal reasons.

I am certain that TT is going to be a huge platform.

I run the latest version of chromium, 49.0.2623.87-1.
Tried different ones. Even chrome, the one recommended.

Have you ever considered running on Mac OS X? Since it's UNIX based but yet more mainstream, you may end up with a better experience.

At first I wanted to buy a MBP,
But the 15inch is way out of date ...
So for the same price I took a massive desktop and display.
However I prefer OSX to Windows ... But linux is totally different.
Anyway. Currently TT isn't as powerful as X_trader.
