Anyone use NinjaTrader for trading equities?

So I just downloaded it myself and started messing with Ninjatrader, but I didn't like a post I read here (can't remember where), that said Ninjatrader only has e-mail customer support.... That seems pretty lame if they are asking to lease it to you for 50$ a month. I think phone service is there last option if you really have a problem..

Anyway, I was wonder if 4XIS4U found a better trading platform and order entry system since his last post?

I too feel like I shoul not spend any time on a software that crashes with multiple screens, has problems loading charts and minimal support.

I like TD Ameritrade but there ordering system seems slow and clunky....

It's a lot faster and more accurate than some of the call center support that you get elsewhere.
