One Question from me. Do you take Trades late in the Afternoon? Example 1 Hour or 30 Minutes before end of the Trading Day?

NPP, can you post a log of the last 20/30 trades? I might have something based on the vix that improves the system, but I need more losers to confirm.
 
ADX crossed above 30 at 12:45 bar. Divergence easy to see.
First upbar at 1:00 bar. Stop is going to be 2.0 pts. Low was 1271.75, so max entry price is 1273.75. Probably going to be long in 30 sec.
 
$VIX not confirming the last setup. An increase in IV might indicate momentum acceleration. Again, if I have access to a log of the last few months trades I can check this indicator against more setups.

I commend you for sticking to your plan and ending the day.

Even if there was an opportunity on the short side there is nothing wrong with sticking to what you have good success with and the heck with everything else.

How many traders on ET have we seen fight downtrend days by trying to go long all day.

I think if a person can stick to what works for him and nothing else it is a huge asset.
It is not the type of business you want to be a jack of all trades.

Not me at least.I'm sure there are others who can though.
