Anyone thirsty...Investco Water ETF (PHO)

I already own this stock. Had about $6,000. laying round Fidelity. I bought 100 shares at $53.27. I then optioned the Dec 23 $56. for $1.90 ($190.00). Extra income for now.

I don't intend to option my other 200 shares...Let it ride.

Was thinking of Dr. Michael Burry (Margin Call fame)...How he was going into water. I have racked my brain to figure out what he invested in.

I do own Coke (Dasani and other waters).

This last week my city started chlorination in our water system, I do have a reverse osmosis system...Need to change the filters, but it will still not (totally) get all the chlorine out.

Sort of a boring, defensive move...

I already own stock in LAND and FPI. I also own stock on wheat futures...WEAT. My daughter and son in law farm in Montana (wheat, barley, and peas). The price of wheat is down and the price of nitrogen is up by 100%!!

I was an almond grower for over 30 years. I got out of it twenty years ago. Everybody and their brother has been planting almonds. You have a third bumper crop coming this August. China stopped buying almonds for a couple years (trade wars)...But now, they are buying and wow, is the US/California selling. Almond growers are losing their shirts and pulling orchards as we speak...Even the ones with quality water sources. A very low price.

I don't have the answer, except one word...
