Generally yes except for mergers and stock splits. Anyway, it looks like I'm outta the stock now, I put a trailing stop sell order on my entry point and it got breached there on the down move earlier.

I traded this twice a couple months ago in 30's. If she gets ripped to shit, I may jump in again.

I originally bought the first day when it plunged and made 800.00; I then bought it a couple minutes later at 53 and was stuck(down 20K at one point) until last week>>>>didn't give it enough time for the news to disseminate. Recently got out of those shares at a (1200.00)profit. This CEO news may take a day or so for the new news to get baked in.

The company has quite a bit of cash.
