I never bothered to know what those numbers were when they released them.

I usually got those numbers 30 minutes or hours after they were published on yahoo.
 
For the last 6 weeeks i have been practicing the cl... I've tested many indicaotrs and suffered mostly losses. Recently my trading on the cl is flat. What i have been doing is staying away from pre news events and trading the volitility following the news. Was wandering if anyone was able to suggest insite to indicators and news letters. Any info would be appreciated.
