Anyone lost connection to IB this morning, 12/16 around 10:40

I lost connection to TWS and couldn't log onto webtrader but my internet was working fine. Anyone else have this issue?
 
I was back up around 11:00 but I could not connect to TWS or webtrader for 20 minutes before. I had to call to close out some positions. Just wanted to see if anyone else had this problem. Anyway - back to trading.
 
I lost connection again at 2:20 right before the announcement. Internet still working though, this is strange - any possible explanation?
 
i lost on one account,while another works fine on same computer. exact time-10:34:56
restored-10:51:58.
looks like connection lost only with server,which handle the orders. i got pink grid, but data was fine, but i was unable to place an order
