Anyone knows GCI Financial Ltd.= Global Capital Investment LLC or not?

As the topic,

Anyone knows whether GCI Financial Ltd. is the same as Global Capital Investment LLC ?

As I got an overseas friend who trades CFD at GCI Financial Ltd. www.gcitrading.com (Registered in offshore British Virgin Island and Operates in Belize)

But, from the NFA/CFTC records, I found another guy GCI, as Global Capital Investment LLC, was fined and with its Registration cancelled as NFA member due to violations about illegally selling futures/options in 2002...

So, any one can help me to sort out their identity/relations???

Oh yeah - that's them!!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY. Generally, any firm that is based in Belize, Panama, Cyprus, etc should not even be close to a consideration. They can do whatever they want with your money. Total scam artists.
