Anyone knows "FastArray.dll" for TradeStation

I would highly appreciate if anyone knowing the DLL "FastArray.dll" for usage with TradeStation which can speed up the TS Arrays can contact me or guide me where to find it.

I have searched with Google, browsed through the TS forums - with no luck.

ET is my last hope.
