anyone know of a good stock screener?

i have various screeners built into my Anvil platform;however,i want something that screens for stocks that are up on higher than normal volume...lets say stock xyz trades an average of 300k perday..if it is up a buck on 500k and its only 10)0 am,i would like for that to be flagged by a screener...anyone know of any?
