They own the ATTN ecn. They are a rebate firm and nothing else. They do not want traders just guys who can get filled on bid and sell on offer

keep away from them. All -tech went bye-bye when SEC cracked down on them for facilitating customers lending each other money over night to meet margin. harvey is a rebel who has p o many in the business.
