Anyone into collecting wristwatches as a hobby?

lol.... You know your sporting a mighty fine watch when its cheaper to replace it rather than take it to a jeweler for a new battery

LOL...For real!!

If I fall off my mountain bike, my watch is the last thing I have to worry about.
I keep one cause you know the old saying...a man with one watch always knows what time it is...a man with two is never quite sure.

I used to like Breitling, but not these days. Nothing but trouble.

Got a Stainless Rolex Sub, two Paneria's, but like Tag the best. Most durable of what I own.

surf might have this one

I read about this crime some years back, where this guy was wearing this expensive designer watch. Can't remember what brand it was. Anyway he got mugged, and they asked him for his watch. He refused to give it and this guy with a machete simply chopped off his arm together with the watch.

I'm not surprised. Insurance would have saved that guy an arm!

Yeah, wear something blingy with diamonds or well known-- you are asking for it. I prefer under the radar type watches for my collection-- only those who know, know. I'll leave the rolexes and Jacob the Jeweler to others. surf
