What are your plans on how to raise capital from clients? Do you think a CTA registered in the U.S. (and authorised again in the UK if you are going to approach British clients) is a better option?
Did you think about Irish ICAV?

Hi, at the moment I am looking at structures based in Malta. I would need a proper structure in-order to pass the smell test with a client (relative) with a AM business already in the frontier markets.
