Damn. Four minutes! I've reached 3:20, and might have gone on for an additional few seconds, but nowhere near 4 minutes. The thing is, I wonder where it might become problematic, because I read that at some point it starts to negatively affect the brain, heart and kidneys. And so, if i go too far, at some point I might start rooting for Trump and buying Bitcoin. So you can imagine my concern.Funny you should post this. I just started the breathwork again after quite some time not doing it at all. I am hoping to get away from the how long I can hold my breath aspect and just focus on relaxing. I did find that times varied greatly depending on my state of mind going in. The couple of times I reached the 4 minute mark it was like I had no reference to time at all and then suddenly it was like I had a thought that I should breathe without really feeling that I needed to breathe. It was difficult if not impossible to achieve that when time was the goal.
