ARCA was made aware - you state that.
They saw no violation and they reached out for a bust that would have been voluntary - again they did their job.
You filled well above the best quote.
All that is going to matter here is the trade log.
Does anybody knows what will happen if I win? Will I get the shares back? What if the buyer already sold thoses shares? Will I receive the money that I should have got from that trade?
Again, I suspect that the "1" was left off. The remedy, if any , is all that is in question in my view.
There are only two ways you could win. One is that ARCA allows you to bust (very unlikely). If that is the case, the counter-party will have already sold probably in the 18s and will be short 4,300 shares now at a price in the 20s. They will have to eat the loss in that case.
The second case is if your brokerage compensates you for your loss. In that case, your brokerage will eat the loss.
