Anyone Heard From BLM Lately?

I predicted last year that BLM and the whole #HateYourLocalPolice soros-funded campaign would disappear on or about election day.

Of course I nailed it. Democrat constituencies like blacks are generally very easy to brainwash and manipulate. If they had any critical thinking skills, they wouldn't be democrats in the first place. The whole hoopla about "unarmed black teens" being randomly mowed down by racist trigger-happy white cops was right out of the Soros leftwing playbook. Get blacks riled up and feed their anti-white racism so they would vote. With no Obama on the ticket, getting a big black turnout was always going to be a challenge, particularly with a few states waking up and instituting anti-vote fraud measures.

Now, with the election over, democrat elites have dropped blacks like a bad habit. Police brutality and racism are no longer issues. Now the game is to demonize Trump and stage a coup.

Wait, isn't according to every poll the avg iq of a Democrat a lot higher than the avg iq of a Republican? Does that not completely contradict your points, made?

Can you show these polls you speak of, please?

Link? - from a reputable study - not from a liberal leaning rag.

But I was talking to you. So was gwb.

So do you have these polls you referred to that show this? Or are we expected to take your word for it?

The reality is that I think any "study" showing liberals are smarter than conservatives, or conservatives are smarter than liberals is pure political bunk. The average intelligence across a large population is spread across the entire political spectrum.

This is necessarily hard to figure out, of course, given that "stupid" is inherently contextual and subjective. In order to figure out how smart each state was, we looked at objective measures we had at our disposal. Specifically:

  1. IQ, as estimated by Virginia Commonwealth's Michael McDaniel in 2006
  2. 2015 SAT scores, compiled by The Post
  3. 2015 ACT scores, via the company that administers the tests
  4. The percentage of college graduates in the state, compiled by the Census Bureau
To create an intelligence score, we determined the percentage-point difference between a state's score and the national median score. Then, since IQ seemed to be the most on-the-nose metric, we doubled that value and then added it all up.

The results? Iowa is the eighth-smartest state, behind, in order: Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Wisconsin, Kansas and Vermont. Donald Trump's home state of New York came in 17th. The bottom five states were Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Nevada and, in the 50th spot, Hawaii.

Intelligence Study Links Low I.Q. To Prejudice, Racism, Conservatism

By Rebecca Searles

Are racists dumb? Do conservatives tend to be less intelligent than liberals? A provocative new study from Brock University in Ontario suggests the answer to both questions may be a qualified yes.

The study, published in [URL='http://pss.sagepub.com/content/early/2012/01/04/0956797611421206.abstract']Psychological Science
, showed that people who score low on I.Q. tests in childhood are more likely to develop prejudiced beliefs and socially conservative politics in adulthood.

I.Q., or intelligence quotient, is a score determined by standardized tests, but whether the tests truly reveal intelligence remains a topic of hot debate among psychologists.

Dr. Gordon Hodson, a professor of psychology at the university and the study’s lead author, said the finding represented evidence of a vicious cycle: People of low intelligence gravitate toward socially conservative ideologies, which stress resistance to change and, in turn, prejudice, he told LiveScience.

Why might less intelligent people be drawn to conservative ideologies? Because such ideologies feature “structure and order” that make it easier to comprehend a complicated world, Dodson said. “Unfortunately, many of these features can also contribute to prejudice,” he added.

Dr. Brian Nosek, a University of Virginia psychologist, echoed those sentiments.

“Reality is complicated and messy,” he told The Huffington Post in an email. “Ideologies get rid of the messiness and impose a simpler solution. So, it may not be surprising that people with less cognitive capacity will be attracted to simplifying ideologies.”

But Nosek said less intelligent types might be attracted to liberal “simplifying ideologies” as well as conservative ones.

In any case, the study has taken the Internet by storm, with some outspoken liberals saying that it validates their suspicions about conservatives and conservatives arguing that the research has been misinterpreted

Liberalism, atheism, male sexual exclusivity linked to IQ
By Elizabeth Landau, CNN

(CNN) -- Political, religious and sexual behaviors may be reflections of intelligence, a new study finds.

Evolutionary psychologist Satoshi Kanazawa at the the London School of Economics and Political Science correlated data on these behaviors with IQ from a large national U.S. sample and found that, on average, people who identified as liberal and atheist had higher IQs. This applied also to sexual exclusivity in men, but not in women. The findings will be published in the March 2010 issue of Social Psychology Quarterly.
