Anyone having trouble with Lightspeed?

I'm Just started trading over at Lightspeed Financial a week ago and the platform is down.
Stuff like this always seems to happen around Heavy volume days.
I'm gonna try and find a broker that uses Anvil I heard it's suppose to be good for listed.
Anyone know of a retail broker that uses Anvil?

I had problems this morning till about 10:00. There have been intermittent problems the last few days. These guys are really pissing me off, things used to be alot better before schonfeld merged with these guys. I have been on the phone the last few days arguing with their support staff. On monday I was long 5000 leh and 9000 uyg when their executor went down. It took 3 minutes or $4000 more of a loss to get one of them on the phone to get me out of it.
