on mine i put offer in, i can't change size of the offer only pull. it is all or none.

I'm puzzled about what you write about TT: IB's TWS works fine, though now I have nothing to compare to. IB disseminates the Eurex member feed, do your troubles mean TT is connected to the Eurex Quote vendor feed, as eSignal?

You have me confused with someone else, I did not write about IB. I use both TT (order entry) and E-signal, and yes Esingal did stop around the time when I wrote my post. Now it seems to be updating, but I am not sure if I will trade today.
