Anyone having problems in running W7 64bits?

What kind of problems? I haven't experienced any problem with Win7 64-bit. 3 desktops, 1 laptop.

The only thing I saw: my trading platform - RealTick... has some display refresh issues in Win7. Some minor ones.
 
There used to be a shortage of drivers but that seems to have been resolved. Biggest issue would be that it does need more ram and disk than 32 bit so I'd avoid it if I had less than 4G of ram.

It looks completely different from 32 bits...is it from "system" or task manager or a separate software?
