Being curious since you mentioned he was Polish I checked out the site:

The about page features a photo of a small room with CRT(!) monitors, cheap desks and large bottle of Aquafina - propably the free refreshment.

If the above photo is true I would say it cannot be a scam because scammers would do a better job/be more flashy... :D

As to #4 he describes himself to be the original SOES (bandits I presume)
