Anyone getting tired of all this Obama hype?

Quote from Mercor:

Hey, Mr. Obama. Let Abe Lincoln rest in peace.

You have nothing in common with Abe. Quit trying to fool all the people all the time.
Quit using his family Bible, quit copying his train trips, quit stealing his speech lines.

BTW ,Mr. Obama where is your family bible, you spent 20 years as best friend with you mentor Rev. Wright and not once did you ever read the bible with him. Did no one from that church ever give you a bible to read to your children.

Do you even have a bible in your house?
He's paying homage to his political hero. Try not to be a spaz.

Quote from Reaver:

He has nowhere to go but down in the polls. Looking forward to seeing the reality setting in.

As Captain Obvious mentioned earlier, it will be funny to see the very same journalists, etc that were glorifying him turn out to be the ones that bitch about him the most.
He promised change. He didn't promise quick results. His presents himself as thoughtful and concerned, which is a better deal than you guys have gotten lately. America could do a lot worse. And I think it would be in your own interest to wish him well, because ongoing failure at a critical time like this won't be good for America or its trading partners and allies.

So, why don't we just wait and see, and hope for the best.

Sheeple, they are a fickle bunch.

Quote from Thunderdog:

You are comparing an airhead to a scholar? And that's just for starters. You're smarter than that, nutmeg.

Paris Hilton runs a multi-million dollar business. She has developed a brand (herself) that is worth millions of dollars just attaching her name to a product. Kind of like a Jim Cramer.
She gets 250K just to show up at a nightclub for a couple of hours. She has a payroll, marketing team, product development.

Obama , community organizer has sucked the public trough between Government subsidies and non-profits.
Obama gets to the Whitehouse and his community people have what they started with, nothing.

*Hard to believe I just made the case for Paris against Obama, but the Press really has set preconceived notions in place and too many people fall for it.

Quote from Thunderdog:

Sorry, Mercor, but I'm not quite sure how to respond to an entirely nonsensical post.

This was my answer to your statement. I compared your Airhead to your scholar. I don't expect you to have an answer. You will need to wait untill the New York Times tells you what to think.

And you're feeling smug because you get your sound bite think-packs from Fox News every 15 minutes?

Nothing short of a revolution will help this country. It's not Obama that I dislike, it is the whole bloated cancerous gummint that is the problem.

He seems like a nice enough guy, frankly.

Too bad it's not necessarily him pulling strings.

I think we could all learn a little something from this well-grounded young man (?).
