The stock index there is getting HAMMERED!!! Down 33% so far on the day... from ATH.

Yes hyper inflation here we come... What ever they import is gonna shoot in prices, inflation was really bad in Argentina before, now it's gonna be a humanitarian crisis... Mass immigration to Brazil, at this point Argentina lives off the IMF

Mauricio Macri, President of Argentina, was supposed to be a free market man when he was elected. Instead of dismantling economic controls he panicked at a downturn and instituted more controls. The piper is now being paid.
 
Imagine what ten of thousands Venezuelans refugees in Argentina are thinking now. Argentina is just a better shitole than VE.

Before Germany went into hyperinflation there was a period of deflation. The talking heads in the news media and certain genius posters on ET are complaining about deflation in the US.
MMT(modern market theory) and the Fed and policy based on market dependent data will save the US, If you believe this, believe the moon will rise tomorrow morning.
