Anyone experiencing IB TWS login problems this weekend?

i have not been able to log into TWS since friday morning. i've reinstalled three different versions of it and reformatted my hard drive, reinstalled windows and TWS and still cant log into it. I'm hoping its before hours this morning. i forget at what time i was able to login on sundays previouslly.
 
Monday-Friday 24 hours, Mon 00:20 – Fri 23:45 EST
Saturday Not available
Sunday Starting 12:00 EST
Reset times
23:50 – 03:00 EST*
03:59 – 05:00 HKT*

The unavailable times shown Monday to Friday are the reset periods. The actual downtime varies during that period depending upon your location. IB claims about 1 minute actual downtime will be experienced by a TWS user.
