I visited there office in chicago and was extremely impressed.

There technology was great. I think they focus mostly on options and are a hedge fund too I belive.

They definatly seem to have there act together.

Thanks for the replies. I seen they are hiring for a Trader Internship position to turn Trader after 1 to 4 weeks of internship. They will also pay for the computer equipment you would need to do it from home and then take it out from future earnings which sounds excellent.
