That was my first book about the markets. Around 1989 I think.

This chart is from Stan Weinstein's book. I trade stock and long only.
So, the main focus is Stage1 and Stage2 using 50 SMA. It's a simple method with daily chart.

It didn't help me in my trading.
Because such books were written by professional writers, not professional traders.

It helped me in 2008 and last Feb by taking me out of the market.
Yup I missed most of the V recovery but over all I'm ahead of the game.
Yup I missed a lot of shorting opportunities.
My main priority is capital preservation.
