The difference between Obama/Slyndra and Willard/Bain is that Obama promised during his campaign to invest in green energy while Bain /Romeny were Gekkos.Obama was fulfilling a promise to the people who elected him while Romneys motive was millions in personal profit

Well if you are going to go that route, The difference is that Obama invested money which WAS NOT HIS OWN, into ideas which complaetely failed, which he would never be held accountable for, in order to fulfill a political agenda, so it should come as no surprise he didnt expect a return. Do you think that is realistic in the real world? The only reason he was different was because it wasnt his own money, and he didnt expect a return.
