not only does the chart reloading locks up, I just had to log out and log back in which for some strange reason lasted several minutes instead of seconds
I have been trying to contact a CSR through chat for the last two hours now.
By end of day, still wasn't working for me. Tried logging in and out (and rebooting computer). I did see that if I opened optiontrader, I would see current quotes for underlying issue (at least I assume quotes were current).
