Neither AAPL or the NDX index has a particularly high IV so the options dont move all that hot

I like GOLD. Has 1-4 pt intraday range. AEM and ASA are not far behind.

how are the option bid/ask spreads on those?...I always thought GLD had the tightest spreads of the gold related options?
