Anybody tried the Ergochair for $369? What's your fave?

Try cushiony stools that may have a backrest as well...You want to avoid 90 degree knee/hip flexion all day long.....

Thanks guys, good stuff. And that YouTube guy did a really good job with his review(s). You got me thinking about saddle chairs now, lol. I want to try one out. Besides Staples, which has an awful selection online, where else could one try out a saddle chair?

All crap. I tried it all. Ball, stool, all sorts of ergonomic chairs. Standing desk that cost thousands. All bullshit. None of that stuff worked, either standing made me tired after half an hour or having no proper back rest support actually felt worse than sitting on a proper chair. Then the constant moving around is completely inefficient for work. I now have one of the most expensive height adjustable desks do nothing other than being a static desk.

Back to the roots, nothing beats a proper chair and my HermanMiller is still going strong after 15 years.

That entire industry is infested by marketing bullshit. Here is the simple solution. Sit in a proper chair at a proper desk and get proper work done. Stand up once an hour or so and get some water or walk a round. Rinse and repeat. When it's time for exercise then exercise properly. This merging of all daily activities and in the end not doing anything properly at all is very unproductive. Where are all the super healthy guys and gals that live such a happier life on their balls and stools and special standing arrangements? I don't see them anywhere.

Thumbs down to all chairs...

It's almost impossible to maintain neutral spine in any chair..

Get an ergonomic stool/ saddle..

Make sure it adjusts correctly for your height..Ideally the desk should adjust as well...

Keep moving as well..

I have found gamers chairs the most comfortable. I am at my desk a lot and it is well suited for that. Curious about that Ergo chair but my cat would rip that mesh to shreds.

I always liked JPs office on the movie Grandmas boy, chair reclined about 45 degrees, screens also at 45 degree angle. I could sit like that all day

Haha ST, looks fun, and would have loved that chair at age 16- or 17 when I was a little bit shorter and could fit into it, haha. But now I'm 6'3 and that headrest doesn't look adjustable. Also the armrests don't look adjustable, and I really have no need for the leg rest. Nice price tag though. And a fun image.
ya its a flimsy chair but works, if you slouch down ur head will fit within the head rest
