Anybody trade 24 hours?

Does anybody auto trade 24 hours? If so which instruments on which exchanges? How realistic is this in practise for the retail trader?

Most people who trade CME Eurodollar Interest Rate is usually trade 23 hours

We do. We are manual traders in retail spot forex. Wifey and I trade four pairs.

yes, i do via MT4 on 3 pairs. couldn't be happier at age 22.

whenever i get my discretionary method coded that will be even better and i can run that in the futures markets as well as FX.

I trade the E-minis during the regular trading hours, the Nikkei 225 on the SGX in the evening and the DAX during the night. Its not a full 24 hours, but there is plenty of liquidity in those markets when they're open. You could also trade currency futures on Globex pretty much 24 hours a day, but they get fairly thin overnight.
