Anybody successfully runs 10+ monitors in Win7?

It should be an easy one for you guys.
I'm trying to get 4 heads out of HP 6400 running XP.
It had an NVS 285 which is dual head card and I can see 2 monitors.
I then installed an identical card in the second PCIe slot.
Windows show me both cards in the device list but no signal is coming out of the second card. What am I missing here?

I run 10 screens( windows7) and have realized that windows 7, vista, and xp prefer you run least amt of cards possible. In other wards, for a 10 screen system, running 2 quad cards and a dual dvi card lets the computer multitask with "less fingers" .
1. Sometimes those DMS-59 cables go bad.
2. Or, did you go into Display and enable the other monitors.. for XP? W7 should auto-detect...
3. Or, try reinstalling the Nvidia driver... you don't need to uninstall it, just overwrite.

I have a Dell T7400 Workstation (it has a server motherboard) and have been running (2) nVIDIA NVS 440 and (1) NVS 290 ...so I can run 9 monitors. On the most part it has done well, until recently....so, Dell is sending me a new system.
The 440s are no longer supported and have been replaced with the 420 (active cooled) and the 450 (passive cooled)....both are over $500 w/ 3 yr. warranty. I hate the connectors (thumb screws). It appears that the 5770 has HDMI (not actually) type plugins, which I like....and the price is great. Anything I should know when ordering? Does it come with 5 plugin adapters or do I need to order separately?
