I wanted to take this time to let you know that I have read through your response and I appreciate your feedback although I find the fact that this is your first comment (similar to the previous two posts before you which occurred in similar months) I wanted to address some of your concerns to see if I could clear up any confusion.
The third-party reporting service that all of our analysts use is www.myfxbook.com. This is a tool that we use to track and analyze our trading results and we make all of this information public so that we can show the power of our educational tools. MTI and NSFH work very closely to better serve MTI students. Next Step Financial Holdings, Inc. is the authorized reseller of MTIâs education. Through this relationship, potential MTI students have the ability to purchase Forex courses, speak to an educated account executive, and even peruse the option of payments plans if this helps them get the education that they need and want in order to reach their Forex goals. This teamwork relationship between MTI and NSFH was built to aid students in the best way possible. We wanted to make sure that MTI students are a part of a real Forex support team and family through MTI. NSFH was the best fit for assisting in this process. NSFH was enlisted to further our standards for the type of educational support (along with MTIâs support staff) that few if any other Forex educators can provide at the same high level.
I feel that you might have had some issues with receiving a refund from your discussion. If this is the case, please reach out to me immediately. You can email cs@markettraders.com or call 800-866-7431 ext. 139. We would like the opportunity to work through this process with you if that would help and go over the process details with you. I want to make it clear that whenever have intentions of making our process long enough to work students out of our refund guidelines. We have a strong code of ethics which this type of practice is far from fitting within and this type of behavior has never been tolerated nor have we seen this problem before. This is a little more on the internal side, but I want to let you know that our education specialists are truly there to help potential traders better understand if this education is the best fit for them and to help them get started if they are ready. We have been known to turn some traders down for the sake of not selling them a product that would not be of good use to them. Again, our focus is on creating successful students, not selling a product. We seek to help students make the determination about whether this type of learning style would benefit them in that way. As far as that email goes, we do admit to trying to help students that we truly believe in out if they simply cannot afford the product. We hate seeing someone miss out on the future that they so desperately desire because they cannot afford our product. In rare circumstances, we do run promotion and will reach out on a one-to-one basis to help a great candidate. This can be done at the education specialistsâ discretion as it looks like was the case with you.
