nitro, i have to disagree with you on this one. great athletes are great because their complex motor skills are impossible to reproduce, which means your results will not be equal to a michael jorden. but, if you modelled his methods your skill set would improve and your results would begin to get closer to his because his style is successful and emulating success begets success (to some degree, and in any event better than before).
trading much much less relies on complex motor skills, and because of this is more easily reproduced or modelled. the key IMO is to get into the trading prodigy's MIND, not her body. to know how she thinks about what she is seeing, what patterns does she recognize etc.
i can click my mouse as fast as a "pizzatrader" and with equal dexterity, if i thought as a "pizzatrader" thinks. and i could then produce results nearly equal to her's.
