anybody know how to write a feed handler?

Which vendor did you speak to that can do this for $2k/month? Does that include the colo and cross connect for $2k/month? My figure is that, and the indirect access exchange fees we would have to pay.

I figure 3k/month for feed access, 1k/month cross connect + network + colo, 2k/month exchange fees.
