Anybody here using Put/Call ratio numbers?

I know this is op ex and all..

but I never ever remeber seeing a p/c ratio this low, this late in the day...

It is some sort of dividend capture play on the SPY's apparently. They buy a call spread, exercise the long side and hope the short side goes out worthless. Don't ask me any more, that's all I know. I just read about it on another site.
