Anybody having problems with OpenEcry?

I have been with them for 2 1/2 years and have never seen or heard of this issue.
 
Down for about 20 mins. now. Missed 1 good entry! I called they said they are having server problems and should be up within 5 mins. -- that was 10 mins. ago...

11:07 CDT update - they are up but orders (for ES anyways) are taking a minute or more to get sent and same amount of time to cancel an order on the DOM. Arghhh......

11:13 CDT - finally... all working fine again.
 
I know this is an old thread. I would like to know if openEcry still have problems. I like their charts very much but I want to be sure.
