Anybody having DDE issues with TOS?

I had a spreadsheet that was working just fine a couple days ago, and now when I try and link to it, Excel just hangs, even if I just set up a MarketWatch, copy to Excel, and then paste it in to fresh spreadsheet.
Has anyone else had issues with this recently?
 
I read I think or the "read the prospectus" blog that it doesnt work for some reason if Google Chrome is running. Maybe it was if it was installed. Check that to see if it helps.
