Anybody hate volatiliy?

I can't trade index futures right now.

I've been getting hammered!!!

Are there any stocks or sectors that trade "normal" ie natural buying and selling not pure panic mania and pandemonium every second of every day?

Should I just take a break until things cool down? ie dow 4500?
 
The Dow Jones trades like a some penny stock on the pink sheets.

I make all my money in the quite moves. I really miss the normal days.

I trade crude oil and its a nifhtmare to trade hhenn theres not loads n loads of volatility, like for te last 4hours when its been so quiet! :(

It's great for gambling but the moves seem to be more erratic and extreme.
 
Volatility, I like. Whipsaw can kiss my ass in the crack! The current volatility has doubled my profit targets, so what is not to like about that?
