Anybody ever use TRAC ecn?

I could not trade with them today. I have never seen them until today in any of the stocks I trade. I could not lift the offer. I tried using SOES, Selectnet, even ARCA proactive. Anybody know how to get stock from these guys.

I believe you have to have an account with a broker that has a trading link to them. As far as I know, the only one is Track Data/Mytrack. There probably are others; I'm not sure.

All you have to do is SOES them.........except in one scenario and that is your BD has failed to pay them and they turned off your firm. You can do one of three things.....

1) Cross with a proactive ARCA (only during mkt hrs)
2) Put a SOES order against them and they will disappear, you wont get the stock but you can move them out of the way
3) Have your BD settle up their past due balance

Also if you are after hrs... you must have direct link to TRAC ecn
