anybody else having market data issues on IBKR?

It appears that the NBBO data in IBKR tradestation are frequently not up to these few days. futures and stocks data. ie. NQ, HSI futs etc. chart data also messed up.

I started using a VPN recently not sure if it's related.

Anyone having similar issues or is it just me? could using a VPN cause this?
