I actually know one of the guys that runs the training programme, he was a traded for JPM on the Liffe floor for more years than he would like to remember and is a very knowledgeable person.
Its funny with companies and training programs these days, if you get in with a good individual its almost like you work for a different company then someone in a different office or division.
