I guess this is the FOIA case that Bloomberg filed :

I've read the complaint and the response, but is this going anywhere? Can they really just give shitloads of money to parties they never disclose???? What would stop them from giving me, or their buddies, or a football stadium full of hookers billions of dollars and then just never ever tell anyone when people ask about the $??????

I am really stunned about that.
