Put together a portfolio of negatively correlated automated strategies. At least you can get some backtesting data to work with. Putting together a portfolio is not easy, but it's doable.

options are the way to go. Get tipped off by an option derivative specialist ONE TIME. Quadruple your money on a takeover call or puts on a company going bankrupt like AHM.
Get greedy and do it again. Park the millions in a nice interest returning CD or bonds and live off that.
Do some losing deals to get the SEC off your back.

Another way to gamble for 100% profit

Do this six consecutive times while compounding the winnings and you will double your money if you haven't lost your bankroll first.
Each time you make such a bet you have a 15.8% chance of losing.

this does not have a 90% chance of success. more like 10%.
sorry, but the only way to achieve the OP's goal is to buy a handgun and hold up a bank. there's a 10% chance you will lose your $50k (posting bail) and lose your freedom too.
You may want to compute the moneyness of the proximal strike before uttering more diarrhea comments. It's approx a 50% probability of earning 6x your stake based upon projected vols at 1600. 60% touch probability at current vols. Would you like to sell me that DNT? I'd love to take the touch off your hands. FWIW, it's a phenomenal sale of upside gamma/vega at the current vol-line. If you can't see that you'll never get it.
