I am looking for traders who might want to split office rent in the Friendswood / Clearlake area, mostly for camaraderie but also to help offset the expenses of a T-1 or SDSL line. I have been trading from home and need to get into the real world again...:)

I hear you - it is hard on those of us that like being around people, especially "our own."

I will warn you that, IMHO, I would suggest that you "sieve" out the potential bad karma by agreeing that the office expenses be paid by both (all) parties for a year in advance. I would also recommend that you agree that only trading business be carried out there...
