Italy is the only country that has a tax on the tax for electricity, even though it is illegal.
Italian government has been crippled since the "mani pulite" era. Taxes are skyrocketing and and there's corruption on every level.
To live comfortably you need tons of money because the supercunt commie D'alema has given us the worst possible deal on the euro, cutting the value of our old lira in half.
If it wasn't for Berluscao we would be paying 60+% on earnings and inheritance taxes.
