I will return to Abruzzo, which seems to be a very nice area...:)

PS. I took the the train from Rome, and the 3 hours ride was a wonderfull journey.

I just got back from a week in Rome and Naples. I was really surprised about Naples, it looked a lot worse than i expected it to, looked really poor. Rome was magnificient, though, must be one of the most beautiful cities on this planet.

How is the skiing in Abruzzo in the winter? Is the season from December to February?

Yes, they told me so. But they also said there hasn't been a lot of snow the last years...

PS. Are you still thinking of moving to Italy?

Not really, too many uncertainties. There are four important issues: quality of life, tax, language and climate. Italy is good at qaulity og life and climate, but the two others more uncertain. I can't speak Italian but willing to learn it.

I'm currently on Cyprus, Limassol. The cypriots are a lot worse in English than I thought, unfortunately.

How much do you pay in tax on Cyprus?
