Any trader From Italy?

Quote from Bernard111:

If you live in Bologna you can choose to be within 1 hour to Florence or go within 2 hour to Venice or another 2 hours to Rome.

Sounds very nice.

Quote from Baruch:

Yes, but no culture - no theater, no opera, no music. And where are the pretty girls?

That is very interesting you mention those necessities. I do not need many luxury items but I do have tickets to the MET and the theater and am happy with that.

Quote from Baruch:

Where (and why) do you live in Switzerland?

I leave in the french speaking part of Switzerland, between Geneva and Bern.

- Homeland
- No capital gains tax (already had a debate on that topic....)
- Human size of cities
- Efficient transportation systems
- Excellent quality of life
- Central in Europe
- Pluricultural
- 30-60 minutes away from the slopes for skiing

However, my goal is to be able to live 3 months in a country, 3 months in another, etc...

Quote from email:

That is totally hilarious, you live in Switzerland and you do not even know who your Admiral is, shame on you, LOL, LOL.

...and I am a lieutenant-colonel in the army.... even more shame on me....

I forgot to mention another thing; I would rather live (if I had the choice) in Europe and eat a loaf of bread and a bottle of water a day (for you smart asses out there I do not mean Jail either) than eat ten steaks a day and live in North America.

Bologna is the BEST city in Italy. I've worked in Rome for 3 years, and been a lot in Milan, Florence, Bologna, Perugia and Napoli.

My classification would be :

1) Bologna
2) Napoli
3) Perugia
.
.
.
18) Florence
.
.
.
67) Rome
.
.
.
.
163525276283) Milan

Quite the bon-vivant, Baruch. Where do you live?

Science-trader? Why Milan so low? I thought it might be because you're not the 'big city type', but you've got Napoli at 3.

Definitely the worst city ever : hot and humid in the summer, cold and humid in wintertime, not really beautiful, very expensive and polluted like mad. If you add up the long hours I've been waiting at the airport there while Alitalia employees were on strike, the picture is not really good.
