Any "seasonal" trade signals that stay on cash when there's no clear trend?

BTW I don't believe in signals, but I'm just curious if some of them stay on cash.

Not sure what you are asking? Seasonal trades are periods that an instrument is believed to have a somewhat predictable move. All other times would be considered as "unpredictable - cash if you are a seasonal trader.
