Any retail traders located in Dubai/UAE ?

I went with property visa.

Extremely efficient process and handling by Dubai Land Department (Cube).

Everyone's situation is different, but for me this was the best option and ticks all the boxes.

i smell scam in this post. Dubai is not a financial hub, it's business hub for good trading in middleeast . Most firms are bucket shops using telemarketing people and they have no clue what trading is ... i receive several calls from them everyday, so you have no clue what you are talking about.
