Any recourse on Busted Trades?

Thats a bs answer. If they put it in their error acct they are eating the trade for you. What is the symbol and i will check it for you now and also give you a link to the trades in the pre market

Stock was NXY and it was filled at 9.28 on 1/18...after it was busted, they took it off thier charts

Lol the man, just been around a long time and know all the tricks. Plus iam a memebr of the STA http://www.securitytraders.org/index.shtml.

Not easy to be a member but a great org. For a few hundred a year they fight for me if something is not right.

If I put in a price and its the best ask and someone buys it, why is it my fault if he changes his mind? Nobody forced the buy

if you are ever on the other side of a trade like that you might change your tune.

If I buy a stock with a limit order, its my responsibility...If the stock opened up higher, I am sure the other person wouldnt have complained...If you trade pre or post market, you take whats there or you shouldnt trade...Dont punish me for someone elses bad idea..Take responsibility for your own actions and dont cry when you are not happy with your decision...
